The precursor of NEC Logistics Hong Kong Limited is NEC Logistics, Ltd. Hong Kong Branch ("NECLHKB").
NECLHKB was established since 1992, with three Japanese and 15 local staff in the start up period of our operation. When NECLHKB was first founded, it mainly engaged in the operation of NEC Group's business. With cooperative effort of all the staff, the number of customers had been increasing persistently. During the subsequent years, the business of NECLHKB was growing rapidly. NECLHKB became the authorized logistics service provider of some of the big, reputable companies in Hong Kong.
In 1998, NEC Logistics, Ltd. Japan Headquarter decided to, rather than a branch, operate the Hong Kong business through a Hong Kong incorporated subsidiary. NEC Logistics Hong Kong Limited was established formally in that remarkable year.
